Payments

We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER cards. For your protection, we do NOT store credit card numbers. Each time you make a purchase on goodjoe.com, you will be required to enter your credit card number. If you prefer not to use a credit card during the checkout process, you may pay via PAYPAL.


Pre-orders

Pre-orders typically ship 9-12 days AFTER the end of the pre-order period. If your order contains in stock AND pre-order items, we will wait for the pre-order items to become available before shipping your order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS with the options listed below. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing of orders.


Orders Within the U.S.

USPS Express Mail, overnight delivery to most locations
USPS Priority Mail, 1 - 3 days, over 13oz
USPS First-Class Mail, 1 - 3 days, 13oz or less

International Orders

USPS Priority Mail, 6 - 10 days
USPS First-Class Mail, 1 - 4 weeks

You are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country's customs department.


The Goodjoe Guarantee / Return Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days (60 days for international orders) from the date your order is received, simply contact us and request a return authorization number. In the message, please include your order number, which can be found in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for shirts of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of Goodjoe.
