About My Design

I wanted to do a design with the recycle symbol because it is instantly recognizable but I wanted to give it a wotto twist. This is about green (nature) fighting against the filth that we pump into the environment.

Seriously one of my most favorite Wotto designs ever.

Whoa! First of all, congratulations on winning!
Second, thanks for adding all the other colors! It looks powerful on black.

Thanks for commenting Periwinkle. I actually included the apple core because I have often wondered why people throw fruit and veg waste into a plastic bin liner rather than recycling it. Maybe if more people threw that stuff in their own garden they'd have prettier plants?

You give this design a really strong image. I like your use of the recycle sign, because it helps me to understand the design.
I'm just nitpicking now, but I wish you hadn't used some of the trash that you did for the black part. Apple cores, for example, may not be happy and full of life, but they are natural, and they are part of the cycle.
I do like some of the other things you have on that side, though, like the paint brush and the power outlet.
Great design.

Recycle, reuse, reduce, and close the loop!

I love this design and wotto's creative and unique take on this univerally recognizable symbol. I'm really happy with the great response it's receiving on emptees and if it doesn't print here I'm positive it'll be printed elsewhere. Either way I'll be wearing this soon!

I'm kinda with the rest of the comments. I really like the design, but I do think that it could have been pushed a little beyond the safety boundaries.

Very nice! I'm on board with Nathan - sorta caught in the middle. I appreciate your personal touch and look forward to seeing more wotto work :)

Radness!

Thanks Wotto for participating. Your work is indeed impressive. I however do agree with Jaden with her point about "recycling aspect that wasn't in the traditional symbol.." But on the hand, the sign is indeed an instant recognition. So that puts me in the middle of the road. ;O)

I'm very excited to see a wotto piece here. I like the use of the 4 colors, and it's basically a straight forward design, with that awesome wotto touch. However, I think I would have liked to have seen something that showed the recycling aspect that wasn't in the traditional symbol but definitely reflected the message. Still, awesome job, wotto... you always impress.

That's a great design and message! I would definitely wear this. Nice work.
