About My Design

The illustration on this shirt details the wandering adventures seeking guidance from the wisest of the old masters. The works of Arthur Rackham are a huge inspiration to me as an artist, so my intentions with this design was to make it appear as if it was lifted right from an important page of a classic story / fairy tale book, which is also why I incorporated the knot work borders with the Wise Old Master's roots at the bottom of the illustration. Please check out the detail images for a better look at the many intricacies. Some of you guys might remember this one from woot's weekly contest awhile back for "Trees". Thank you again for all the love you showed the design originally, and I'm please to be giving it a go around here for those of you who are still interested in it. :) Thanks as always!
