Return PolicyWe are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days (60 days for international orders) from the date your order is received, simply contact us and request a return authorization number. In the message, please include your order number, which can be found in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for shirts of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of Goodjoe.
PaymentsWe accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Each time you make a purchase on goodjoe.com you will be required to enter your credit card information. If you prefer not to use a credit card during the checkout process you may pay via PayPal.
If you are making a purchase with your credit card, please have your shipping address on file with your credit card company. We will verify this information before shipping any international orders.
Pre-ordersPre-orders typically ship 9-12 days AFTER the end of the pre-order period. If your order contains in stock AND pre-order items, we will wait for the pre-order items to become available before shipping your order.

- Proceed to checkout.
- Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
- Select the cheapest shipping option available and the FREE Shipping Discount will be automatically applied to your order. Your order will ship when all items are in stock.
- Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
- If you qualify for FREE Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
- Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for FREE Shipping.
- Applies only to orders with at least $30 of qualifying merchandise, excluding gift-wrap charges and taxes, at the Goodjoe.com web site.
- Excludes items that do not include a statement that they are eligible for FREE Shipping next to their price. Also excludes certain oversize items, e-documents, software downloads, music downloads, and gift cards.
- Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
